Stéphanie Le Quellec

Stéphanie Le Quellec is a French chef who was awarded two Michelin stars at her Paris restaurant la Scène in 2020. After winning the French television show, Top Chef, in 2011, Stéphanie opened her own Paris restaurant, La Scène, in 2019.

French chef Stéphanie Le Quellec studied at the Albert-de-Mun hotel school in Paris, before studying under 3-star Michelin star chef Philippe Legendre. She continued her illustrious career as a sous-chef to Michelin starred chef, Éric Briffard, before winning the French television show, Top Chef, in 2011. Stéphanie subsequently opened her own Paris restaurant, La Scène, in 2019.

La Scène has a 3 month waiting list for reservations, but Stéphanie still closes her restaurant at the weekend to ensure that her staff have a healthy work-life balance. Stéphanie is also passionate about fine dining, culinary experimentation, female entrepreneurship and the art of creation.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stéphanie Le Quellec is a trailblazer in her field, particularly notable as one of the few female chefs to achieve two Michelin stars. Her commitment to fine dining is matched by her advocacy for culinary experimentation, female entrepreneurship, and the art of gastronomic creation. Alongside her culinary achievements, Stéphanie balances her career with family life, sharing three children with her husband, David Le Quellec, who is also a chef.
