Starting as a guitarist, and performing gigs in Japan and Korea, Raiden later transitioned into the world of electronic music, rapidly rising to become one of the most sought-after DJs and producers on the global stage.
After establishing his reputation in Korea’s electro-house scene, Raiden began performing at prominent local and international music festivals. In 2017, he represented Korea at Tomorrowland, where he performed alongside world-renowned DJs such as David Guetta and Steve Aoki. The following year, Raiden showcased his talents at the closing ceremony of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, captivating audiences both inside the stadium and around the world with his track “GLORY.” This performance solidified Raiden’s status as a South Korean sensation and a global icon.
Currently signed with SM Entertainment, Raiden performed at the SMTOWN Live Culture Humanity concert in 2021, alongside Ginjo and Imlay. That same year, he joined forces with EXO’s Baekhyun and rapper CHANGMO to create the theme song for T1, South Korea’s League of Legends esports team. When not performing at top venues in Seoul, Singapore, Bali, LA, or Ibiza, Raiden collaborates with other South Korean artists, continuing to push the boundaries of his craft.
